breakfast range accessible shower wonderful view late opening no drinks empty reception
the breakfast had a range of choices. the walk-in shower was easily accessible, it was helpful. the balcony offered a wonderful view over everything.
the indoor pool didn't open until 9am, it felt late. i requested assistance with a lack of drink stock, no one brought anything. the reception area didn't have anything to take away.

constant lift early drilling
the location was indeed perfect, and i could easily walk to the central spots. the reception staff seemed nice upon arrival.
My room was far from soundproofed. i could hear the lifts constantly and also the building work started early each day. Drilling and hammering was annoying. the tv even had some recording right outside until midnight, so sleeping well was difficult, i must say.

The hotel's location was superb. I found the staff to be friendly and professional throughout my stay. The meals for both lunch and dinner were of high quality.
The shower was not functioning as expected. It only worked when the taps were manipulated in a specific way. This setup meant the bathroom got wet during each use. I was also disappointed by the limited entertainment. A keyboard player performed only Spanish music. It did not invite broader participation.

amazing location friendly staff slow lifts small pool
The location was amazing! i loved how close it was to the beach and all the shops. the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very cute environment. i had a twin room terrace and the views were lovely, i could see everything!
The lifts were quite slow. Sometimes i had to wait a long time. the gym equipment also needs updating. Some machines were out of order. the indoor pool was quite small for the building, that was disappointing, it should be bigger.

the room was spacious it included two beds a large tv and a fridge the balcony provided a view overlooking the plaza triangular the bed was comfortable i also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool it provided a relaxing hour of swimming
the elevators were slow at times this sometimes resulted in a longer wait during peak hours

the staff was consistently helpful and friendly throughout my stay check-in was efficient and quick any requests were addressed promptly and effectively the dining area always had attentive staff it provided a cute atmosphere.

the hotel enjoys a central location with easy access to restaurants and shops the beach is just a short walk away from the front door public transportation options are very close providing convenient travel throughout the area.

soaked bathroom cardboard pancake
the location was convenient.
the shower was oddly placed in the middle of the wall. this meant the whole bathroom got soaked during use. the breakfast pancakes were also hard and tasted like cardboard, certainly not fresh.
